About Us
We are a specialized hosting provider focused on the needs of businesses and their technology professionals. Our model is intentionally straightforward: we work with customers to understand what they need, provide the appropriate infrastructure, and support the resulting environment. We can accommodate requirements that do not fit neatly into a standard hosting package.
Our approach is particularly well suited to organizations that need reliable hosting for established business applications, virtual machines, or remote desktops, but do not want to build and maintain the underlying infrastructure themselves. We also provide web and email hosting and related network services, whether independently or as part of a broader hosted environment.
Services
Our work spans several closely related areas. Depending on the requirement, these may be delivered individually or combined into a complete hosted solution:
- Virtualization, applications, and desktops. Virtual servers and hosted computing environments for business workloads.
- Web hosting. Websites, web applications, databases, and supporting server services.
- Email hosting. Business email and the administration and support that accompany it.
- Networking. Firewalls, VPN access, and connectivity between hosted systems, users, and business locations.
A personal, practical approach
Many of our customer relationships have developed through trusted independent IT consultants. We are comfortable working alongside an organization's existing technical advisors, providing hosting expertise while they continue to manage their relationship with the customer. We also work directly with businesses that need a hosting partner.
Our aim is to make hosting easier to use and maintain, not to introduce another layer of complexity. Customers can deal with experienced technical staff who understand the systems being operated, rather than working through a succession of support tiers.
Technology and reliability
Our hosting is built on redundant infrastructure, with virtualization and clustering technologies used to support service availability and permit routine maintenance with minimal interruption. We have experience across Microsoft and Linux environments, including commercial software and open-source alternatives. Where requirements call for it, we can help plan the servers, storage, connectivity, and supporting services together rather than treating each as an unrelated product.
If you have a hosting requirement that doesn't fit an off-the-shelf offering, we'd welcome a conversation about what would work best.
